2. What we collect
We collect your name, date of birth, gender, blood group, Emirates ID number, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, emirate of residence, passport-style photograph, occupation, organisation (if provided), selected committee, volunteer experience (if provided), skills, languages, availability, T-shirt size and emergency contact details.
3. Why we need it
We use the information to review applications, coordinate approved volunteering, contact you about suitable opportunities, maintain volunteer records and contact your nominated person in an appropriate emergency. Confirm why your organisation genuinely requires blood group, full Emirates ID, date of birth and photographs. Remove any unnecessary fields before publishing this form.
4. How we protect information
Volunteer records are stored in a restricted database. Emirates ID values are encrypted and also represented by a keyed lookup value to identify duplicate registrations. Uploaded photographs are stored in a private directory outside the public website. Access should be limited to authorised TAUAE administrators. No uploaded photo or Emirates ID is included in the acknowledgment email.
5. Sharing and service providers

6. Retention
